Save Gaza, Save Humanity

My post for today is a tribute to all the people in Gaza. This isn’t about religion. This isn’t about race. This is about humanity. Please do read and let’s do everything we can do to help Gaza.

The picture below shows a Palestinian orphan sleeping beside his mother drawing. The kid misses his mother who became victim of Israel attack on Palestine.

This phenomenon depicts one of humanitarian impacts from Israel attack to Gaza. For decades, Israel has attacked Palestinians, especially those living in Gaza, causing death for thousand people anywhere in Gaza Strip. The exact amout of victims in Gaza is not clear as it keeps increasing. However, much more important than number, the impact of those tragedy for humanity is uncountable. A death of human being due to the attack could mean an abuse against right to life for him and losing everithing for others.

People around the world has condemning this tragedy and put it as humanitarian issue rather than religious affair. Obviously, this is considered as one of the biggest crimes against humanitarian after World War II. However, political leaders who have authority to stop this attack seems not showing any willingness to solve the tragedy. Protests by people around the world have yet to end up to responding polices, in fact the keys for problem solving are laid in their hands.

This petition insist world political leaders, among others, Benjamin Netayahu (Israel Prime Minister), Barrack Obama (President of United States) and Ban Ki Moon (UN Secretary General) on stopping Israel attack to Gaza Street. Those leaders are holding key authority to stop the attack by their policies or actions.

Support this petition for stopping Israel attack to Gaza!

It’s A Jungle Out There [Traffic In Jakarta]

Hahaha ketauan betapa ngaconya.

Ga kelar-kelar, hahaha. Akhirnya gue post aja deh, daripada ntar keburu diberesin ama Jokowi kan gue jadi kehilangan bahan postingan, wkwkwk.

Sooo yeah. I’ve been thinking. Bener-bener hukum rimba berlaku. Survival of the fittest. Yep, it’s about the traffic!

Apa kata yang paling mencerminkan Jakarta banget? Apalagi kalau bukan:

MACET.

Iye. Di-bold. Huruf kapital. Ukuran font gede. Perlu gue apain lagi nih?

Bandung Trip (& ITB Job Fair)

Another job fair story. Ok, agak telat memang, udah seminggu yang lalu gituu. Tapi tetep gue share aja. Anggep aja bernostalgia ama minggu lalu. Lagipula udah kepalang ditulis sebagian, sayang kalo ga di-post, hehe.. Oh, spoiler alert, gue bakal lebih banyak cerita tentang perjalanan gue ke Bandung ketimbang job fair nya.. Karena emang ga begitu banyak sebenernya yang gue kerjain di job fair itu, dan tujuan gue ngepost ini emang bener-bener curhat, since it pretty much sucked. (The trip, not the job fair! ;D) So.. :)

Gambar dari sini. Lupa ngambil foto banner on site :p

Jadi tanggal 12-14 Oktober 2012 lalu, Career Center ITB ngadain job fair yang disebutnya “Titian Karir Terpadu ITB” atau “ITB Integrated Career Days”, bertempat di SABUGA (Sasana Budaya Ganesha) ITB, Bandung. Continue Reading!

He is charming, but is he my Prince Charming?

Oh heavens, why is he so beautiful?
Not only the way he looks
But also the way he talks, the way he moves
The way he socializes, the way he lives his life
Oh heavens, why is everything about him so beautiful?

Oh heavens,
He’s a man who knows what he wants
A man who knows what he does
Oh heavens,
He’s a man who stands on solid ground

Oh heavens, we used to be close
We used to tell stories
We used to joke around
Oh heavens, we used to be friends

But oh heavens,
Distance did its part,
We had to be apart,
And oh heavens,
He met someone and landed his heart

Oh heavens,
Am I being delusional?
Would it be wrong if I wait for him?
Would he be worth the wait?

Oh heavens,
He is unbelievably charming,
But is he my ‘Prince Charming’?
